After months aired of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition, we met, saw and watched the teen housemates with their ups and downs. Now, in Malolos Bulacan, July 7, 2012, held the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition's B.F.F. at the Big Night which announced Myrtle as the new Pinoy Big Brother Big Winner this fourth season of teen edition. Here are following ranks of the Big four with their garnered percentage of votes:

1st: Myrtle- 33.92%

2nd: Karen- 11.91%

3rd: Roy- 9.38%

4th: Joj and Jai- 9.26%
