The morning romantic-comedy, "Be Careful With My Heart", captured the hearts of viewers nationwide as it ruled the daytime block, based on the data of Kantar Media last July 13. It garnered 17.2% national TV ratings, while its rival program "Chef Boy Logro Kusina Master" only got 9.9%. All the episodes in the show's pilot week also made it in the country's top 10 overall TV programs.

“Be Careful With My Heart” airs on ABS-CBN channel 2 every 10:45 a.m. before “It’s Showtime.”
